Counselling
One to one sessions
Counselling is a process where you can meet with a trained professional counsellor to talk about issues and problems that you are facing in your life. I offer a professional, confidential and non-judgmental space for you to discuss and safely explore your emotions.

Hypnotherapy
One to One or Group Sessions
I can help with a range of issues from phobias to confidence boosting. Packages available for weight management and smoking cessation. Single Sessions are priced from £45.00. Free consultations done via Zoom.
Counselling - £45.00 per single session (Block booking concessions available)
One to One sessions either face to face or online. I offer a free 30 minute assessment (via zoom) before you commit to therapy with me. This is so you can get a feel for who I am and we can discuss together how best we might approach your issues.
Hypnotherapy - From £45.00 per single session
One to One sessions either face to face or online. I offer a free 30 minute consultation via zoom to discuss your specific issue and plan how we will address it and many sessions will be required.

Mind Spa - £45.00
A wonderful journey through meditation to connect with your higher self and boost your confidence, followed by an energy healing session including a chakra balance and ending with an intuitive card reading to offer insights on your experience
Stress Buster - £45.00
A thirty minute session where-in I will tune into your energy, cleanse and clear your aura and balance your chakras. This is followed with an upper back and neck massage, Indian head massage and lymphatic facial massage, ending with a burst of Angelic Reiki to leave you feeling light and energised.
Workshops
My workshops are priced at £45.00 per hour and I am happy to discuss tailored packages to suit your retreat or circle. I offer meditation and mindfulness sessions, Cacao Ceremonies, Soul Retrieval, Group Past Life Regression, Pendulum workshops, Aura Reading workshops, Reiki share, Oracle Card reading and many others - contact me to discuss further.
Womens Circles
Held once a month on Saturday Evenings at Yarm Fellowship Hall. These sessions are a beautiful way to link in with other likeminded women and recharge. We have regular guest therapists and healing sessions. Each evening has a cost of £8.00 per person.
